Samsung are offering 20,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer points to members that purchase a Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ during August. The offer is the latest deal from Samsung following the announcement of a new partnership with Qantas earlier this year. It is valid for purchases made between 8 August and 31 August, 2017.

The promotion is open to both personal buyers, and small businesses employing less than 200 people. Depending on which way you wish to go, you can have the points deposited into a Qantas Frequent Flyer account, or for a small business, into a Qantas Business Rewards account.

Galaxy S8 or S8+

In order to be eligiible for the 20,000 points, you will need to purchase the phone outright. The recommended retail price for the Galaxy S8 is $1,199, and for the Galaxy S8+ it is $1,349. It may be possible to purchase the products for less than this if you shop around.

Bear in mind, though, that you do need to purchase at an  Australian Retailer, authorised by Samsung to particpate in the promotion.

In order to receive the points you need to make a claim following the purchase. During the claim process, you will need tp provide a copy of the Tax Invoice for the phone, as well as the IMEI of the phone.
